Fear doesn’t shut you down; it wakes you up. – Veronica Roth, Divergent
Fear gets a really bad rap. We are told that fear is “the enemy” or that if we want to live an awesome life, that we need to “get rid of” our fear.
But just like all emotions, fear has Divine Gifts that can tap you into your innate wisdom and guide you to your Truth.
Fear isn’t inviting you to stop. And, despite all the pretty pins telling you otherwise, it isn’t telling you to forge ahead because you are the “right” path.
Instead, fear is inviting you to slow down and pay attention. It taps you into your intuition and your instincts. It wakes you up to the Truth of the present moment.
And then, and only then, discerning your next steps.
The Alchemy Prompt
Take a moment to think about something that you’ve been putting off because you are afraid.
Feel the fear. Find it in your body.
Come into the present moment.
And ask yourself:
What is real?
Is there a tiger?
Or is this tiger in my mind?
What is the Truth of this moment?
How I can use this Truth to inform my next steps?
Don’t worry if the answers do not come immediately to you. And be sure that the answers are coming from your intuition, rather than more fear.
(If you don’t know how to tell the difference between intuition and fear, I’ll be teaching you a really simple process (mind blowingly simple!) in my upcoming class on Bravery. Keep scrolling for the details OR click here.)

- a secret “recipe” for creating an intuitive and true to you antidote to fear so you can make awesome things happen in your life (AKA how to be brave)
And because my approach is a delightfully dichotomous blend of practical and not too far out there woo, I’ll also share how to use crystals, oils, and flower essences to support you as you walk the brave path.
