Do you wonder if you are worthy or good enough? This is for you.

I have helped thousands of people from, literally, all over the world overcome a variety of “bad” habits and destructive emotional patterns. Things like yo-yo dieting, clutter, unhealthy relationship patterns, lack of self-care and self-love.

The people I have helped have been as young as 15 and as old as 86.

They’ve come from all walks of life, all economic backgrounds, and all political affiliations.

They’ve been accountants and scientists and mothers and artists and coaches and clergy and educators and humanitarians.

They’ve been all shapes and sizes.

They’ve come from a gamut of cultures, schools of thought, and belief systems.

But, no matter where they’ve come from, no matter what their problems look like on the outside, and no matter where they want to go in life, at the core, they all crave the very same thing:

Love.

To love. To be loved. To feel love. To know that they are love itself.

To be worthy of love.

To feel connected to the most infinite source of power there is:

Unconditional, Non-Judgmental, Non-Dual Love.

Or what I call the Divine.

Whether they arrive in my world from Dr. Google, Facebook, Pinterest, or a chance encounter in a coffee shop, they are often disillusioned about love.

They believe that it is something hard to find. They’ve been taught that it must be proven or earned.

They have been under the illusion that if they can bend, and mold, and reshape themselves enough, then perhaps maybe, they will be awarded the ever elusive Love.

They think that the size of their jeans, the men in their beds, the goodness of their deeds, and the size of their bank accounts will earn them what they seek.

And I’ve been around that block. Only about a gazillion times.

I used to be there every day. I would often find myself at the bottom of a pint of ice cream and still hungry for more.

Because, like you, I was looking for Love in all the wrong places.

The truth is that trying to prove and earn your worthiness of Love – with your body, your money, your work, your car, your obligatory service – is like being on a hamster wheel, wondering when the running will end.

The hamster wheel does not end.

There will never be enough money. A number on the scale. A size of clothing. An amount of serving others that can prove your worth.

The goals that you strive for, the idols in the bed, will never get you the worthy gold star.

Not because you aren’t good enough. Or that there is something wrong with you. Or that you are too fat, too fucked up, or too far gone.

But because Love just doesn’t work that way. The Divine doesn’t work that way.

Love is the source of all that is and all that will ever be.

It is a brilliant force that already lives inside of you. Inside of us all. With no conditions.

There is nothing to prove. Or earn. Or be. Or have. Or do.

Because, my friend, YOU ARE LOVE.

You are a brilliant expression of the Divine.

Of ALL that is. Of ALL that will be.

You are the yin AND the yang.

You are the shadow AND the light.

You are the earth, the sky, the sun, and the moon.

Therefore, the task at hand is not to try to prove or earn worthiness. It isn’t even to try and figure out why you feel like that sometimes.

The task at hand is to do whatever it takes to connect to the Love that you already are. To connect with Who You Truly Are. To remember.

And then doing that On purpose. Choosing it. With deliberate intention. Each and every day.

Instead of waiting and hoping it will happen one day when you’ve crossed some arbitrary finish line.

Your job is to remember, again and again, that it is available to you now. And always.

Your job is to discover the path that takes you there. To the place that is your birthright and the birthright of every living creature on this earth. To the place that already dwells inside of you.

Maybe you will find it in the woods. Or with your hands covered in paint. Or at book club. Or while stirring a pot of soup. Or in the eyes of your child or beloved pet.

What it looks like on the outside doesn’t matter.

What matters is trusting in the place that already knows that you are whole. And worthy. And good. Right now. No proof required.
